Have you been putting off losing weight and getting back into shape? This package is for you! You will receive a personal fitness questionnaire to easily identify your fitness level. A 15 week personal interactive training program will be designed for you. It will include a diet and exercise program to fit your lifestyle and to reach your personal fitness and/or weight goals.

This entry level package is a personal training program designed according to your current fitness level. There are weekly reviews of your progress. This is an online, interactive program which is sport/event/goal specific and includes running, drills, weight training, and goal setting as well as guidance in journaling for reference.

This package is designed for the athlete who would benefit from direct communication with a professional coach. More time and more personalized attention from an experienced coach will lead you to your goals. You will receive a total of 75 daily workouts in an online, interactive program designed specifically for the serious athlete. It will include all of your sprint/interval training with distances, times, and rest spelled out for you. It will include sport/event/goal specific weight training and drills. You will have unlimited online access to your coach and receive specific analysis on videotapes/DVD’s of your training sessions every five weeks.

· Twice weekly review/modification of training progress/goals
· Optimal for serious competitors and those with lofty performance goals
· Monthly face-to-face meeting (1 hour) with your personal technique coach may be arranged
In addition you will receive:
· Every aspect of your training is spelled-out in an easy to follow format
· All running, weightlifting, and drill work is addressed
This package is designed for those who place a high priority on improving their fitness, technique, and mental focus on their sport/event/goal. Included are daily workouts over a five month period designed by one of our expert coaches. You will have unlimited online access to your event specific coaches and enjoy unlimited videotaped analysis of your sessions. With this package you’re entitled to meet with your coach once each month for specific technique/event training.
$49.99 weekly based on 20 weeks.

Gold Package

· Up to three coach-initiated consultations (calls or e-mails) per week
In addition you will receive:
· An all inclusive program including warm-up/drills/running/weightlifting/technique/warm-down/diet
This package is designed specifically for the athlete who wishes to work with a coach who has the proven ability to coach elite level amateurs, Olympians, and professional athletes. If you wish to benefit from the expertise of a “Pro Coach” then this package is for you. It is not necessary for you to compete at a world class level; you only need to have focus, drive and the necessity to have flexibility in your training schedule. The Gold Package includes a 5-month training program designed specifically for you including sprint/interval training, weight training, goal setting, imagery, and journaling. You will meet weekly with your coach and have unlimited online access to him/her. You will also receive unlimited videotape analysis of your training and technique.
$1499 per month.

Platinum Package
|

This package allows you to benefit from the expertise of a Premiere World Class Coach. It includes a full day with the coach, taking you step-by-step through all the elements of the training for your event. You’ll receive coaching on: correct warm-up/warmdown exercises, technique coaching for your specific event, event specific drills, sprint/interval training, and weight training.
$2500 for the day. In addition, you will be responsible for airfare, transfers, and accommodations if your coach is traveling to you from out of town.
You may share the “Platinum” day with someone. Add $500 for each additional participating athlete.
You also may decide on hourly coaching sessions at $250 per hour. During your hour you may choose to work on event specific technique, weight training or sprints/intervals/drills.
